The heart of the Adept tool room is our 5 axis and high speed machining centers. High spindle speeds enable us to machine a wide range of tooling components of all sizes with cutters right down to 0.2mm. Our sophisticated machining software coupled with the latest in cutter technology enables us to machine hardened materials with ease, without the need for time consuming pre-hardening roughing.
Along side our CNC capability sits the very latest in EDM wire and spark erosion machines, all of which are capable of running lights out.
In order to run these machine tools Adept employs a highly skilled group of CNC programming staff all with experience in high speed machining and machine operation.
